My childhood games!

Games I'm searching for:

A flash game from a top down view where the world is all white with black outlines. You play as a little guy bringing back colors to the world, it's sort of a puzzle game?
A flash game where you play as a ghost, you try to find your girlfriend and/or save her from something. You start out in a hotel. When you go up the stairs, during a storm, you enter the director's office and find him hanging as the lightings flash in from the tall windows. It might have been hosted on Absoluflash in the past, but exploring it through the wayback machine when it was down led to nothing (aside from Ghost Motel which has similar elements but is NOT it.) I more recently went through the website again when it was put back online and playable, but again, didn't find it. A friend told me he played the same game on the same website as a child.
