Recently, I've been having to improve my cooking, even if I hate it and find it very stressful. Still, I want to write down what I enjoyed eating once I made it! I probably won't offer any measurement because I just eyeball it. Actually probably none of these should be used as recipes.

What's needed:
First, you peel the mushrooms and slice your shallots thinly. You then slice them thin and regular. Next, you will cook them until brown in a pan, either with some olive oil/butter (or both) or in meat grease if you cooked meat right before. I did it with chicken thighs the first time.
You will then add the shallots and keep cooking that for like two minutes. After, you will deglaze the pan with a small amount of red wine vinegar (~ 2 tea spoons). You will then pour in the chicken stock, the liquid cream, add some mustard to your taste, salt, and pepper. Finally, let it reduce until the mushrooms are nicely coated by the creamy sauce. Enjoy!
